When you commission PixelAnnex you agree to these TOS.
Failure to read, understand, and adhere to any part of the TOS may result in cancellation of current commissions and blacklisting individuals from commissioning PixelAnnex in the future.

PAYMENT

All prices are in USD and payment is made through PayPal.An Invoice will be sent up front for the full amount, with options for partial payment. At least half of the payment is required before the commission will be started, and full payment is required before any final products are presented to the clientUpon completion, the client will receive 1 lo-res watermarked image, and 1 high-res unwatermarked image
CHARACTER USAGE

The client confirms that they have the appropriate permission to use the characters depicted and commission PixelAnnex to draw them.If it is found that the client did not have permission to use the characters depicted in the commission, they will not receive their commission nor will they receive a refund for the work done, and they will no longer be able to commission PixelAnnex for works in the future (aka blacklisted).This applies to the personal characters and personas/fursonas/avatars belonging to other people, and depictions of real people. This does not apply to popular media characters/'fanart'.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND

If the client cancels their commission before the artwork has been started, a full refund will be issuedIf the client cancels their commission after the artwork has been started, they will receive a refund in the amount of half the total price and the WIPPixelAnnex reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. In the event of an artist cancellation, the client will receive a full refund
TERMS OF USE AND COPYRIGHT

The completed work is not to be used for commercial use or otherwise sold for profit unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by all partiesClients are permitted to upload the completed work to their gallery or social media with credit to PixelAnnexClients are permitted to print or produce items with the completed work for their own personal use or as giftsEditing, tracing, referencing, reproducing, or reposting without credit, or otherwise claiming the work as the work of someone other than PixelAnnex is prohibited, and may result in blacklistingAll characters depicted in my work are copyrighted to their rightful ownersPixelAnnex reserves the right to use any and all commissions as advertising and as portfolio piecesPixelAnnex reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason
